NORMAN, Jack Gene

Rockville—Jack Gene Norman, 48, Route 4, Rockville, died at 10:38 p.m. Monday, June 26, 1989 in Vermillion County Hospital, Clinton.
  He was born July 9, 1940 at Tangier, the son of Zora and Mary Paddock Norman. He was married July 9, 1982 to Delores Nichols, who survives.
  He was a carpenter and a former member of the Indiana National Guard. He was a member of Carpenters Union Local 859, Greencastle, American Legion Post 48 and Elks Lodge 2471, both of Rockville, and Moose Lodge 1501 and Legion of the Moose, both of Clinton.
  Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Jacqueline Seleen, Fort Wayne, and Tara Waittenmire, Hopkinsville, Ky.; a son, David, Tangier; six brothers, Freddie Farmer City, Ill.; Earl, Chrisman, Ill.; Harold, Judson; Bob and Don, Rockville, and Eddie, Tangier; three sisters, Esther Parsley, Fairland; Martha Perkins, Covington, and Patsy Farar of Florida, and eight grandchildren.
  Funeral services were at 2 p.m. Thursday in Butler Funeral Home, Rockville, with the Rev. J. O. Trousdale officiating. Burial was in Memory Gardens Cemetery. =s
